All Earth Girls merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will take care of you. Please note that all Jewelry sales are final, and Health and Beauty products can not be returned. There are NO returns on sale items.

To return website or store merchandise:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return regular priced items for an exchange or refund as long as we receive them within 14 days of the original date of purchase. If your return is received after 14 days and within 30 days, you will be given a merchandise credit that is valid for one year. Sale items can only be returned for an exchange or merchandise credit. In all cases, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, all tags attached, and packaging intact. For internet orders, please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and that there may be additional shipping and handling charges for exchanged items.

{order processing}

We are committed to achieving 100% customer satisfaction. Unfortunately we can't always guarantee the availability of our products. You will receive email notification confirming that we have received your order, as well as the availability of your items. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

We will ship your order via UPS within 48 hours of receiving it. We will send you an email to let you know when your order was shipped. Below are our shipping and handling rates:

UPS Ground ships in 3 - 5 Business Days for $8.00
UPS 2nd Day Air ships in 2 - 3 Business Days for $19.00

Charges for orders being shipped outside the continental United States, as well as Next Day Air and Saturday Delivery, will be calculated on an individual basis. We will notify you of the charges before we process your order.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped within Illinois will be charged a 9% sales tax. Orders being shipped outside of Illinois will not be charged sales tax.
